A book or toy can be a gateway to enchanted worlds. Imagination and pretend play are the business of childhood and set the stage for learning and fun. Exploring the world of make believe helps language and thinking to mesh and move like the gears in a well oiled machine primed for communication. These books, puppets and toys are designed to display, expand and enrich the narratives that children of all ages and cultures learn and share.
